Our Mission
Our mission is to help others thrive through wellness leadership! We partner with you to cultivate a wellness-focused culture for your organization to achieve excellence while caring for your people.
Our Founders

Colette Grier - CEO
Our CEO, Colette, has over 35 years of experience as a registered nurse, caring for the well-being of her clients and family. She is an expert in homeopathic care and nutrition and a skilled master gardener and beekeeper. Colette played an essential role in Don's wellness journey. It is worth mentioning that both Colette and Don are veterans.

Don Grier - COO
With over 30 years of experience in IT, Don has successfully led teams and programs for private and public organizations. Having learned that wellness is vital in managing risks and ensuring program success, he created the Well-Led framework, Employee Resource Groups, and other programs for his company based on his wellness journey.
The Why Behind Wellness Leadership LLC
Our co-founder, Don’s return to health, was the impetus for creating Wellness Leadership LLC. The pictures below provide an idea of that journey. The left one, taken on Don’s Birthday, was at the abyss of the journey. Driven by tight deadlines and 16-hour days, Don had doubled his weight and was physically and mentally unhealthy. Flash forward to a year and a half later, and you see the picture on the right. Family and friends supported Don’s journey, especially his wife, Colette, our co-founder. Click the buttons under the pictures below to learn more about what to do and avoid in your wellness journey.
